Getting Ready for a Litter of Kittens Video's Just Born / The next day

Kittens and or cats were never a favorite of mine as I grew up. It was only about 5 years ago we had our first try with abandoned kittens and it was not like puppies. Miss Kitty came into our lives after Terrie purchased Pet Plaza in National City .

3/27/08
The kittens have been moved by mom 2 times now, there last place was under the bathroom sink. The kittens have a litter box placed right in front of thier opening, mama moves the kittens as the den gets soiled, by providing a litter box mom will teach them to use it as opposed to moving them. The kittens are moving around on thier own now and are being introduced to soft food.

The kittens finaly arrived yesterday around noon, mom is doing well feeding them regularly, and getting her free time. During free time she lays in wait on one of the others to get to close and out comes the BIG cat.

Here we are on leap day and no kittens yet. We are at 66 days and Miss Kitty is as big as a house. She has been sleeping for the daytime hours in the cat stand that is in the livingroom, but today she is walking around

Miss Kitty is behaving different today than in the past week, we are getting very close to having the kittens. She seems to be looking for a good spot.
2-21-08 still waiting on her kittens. a cat will carry her kittens anywhere from 58 days to 63 days before giving birth, we are at day 60. Miss kitty spends most of the day under the bed in the next room and I make hourly checks on her. Caos is by her side.
